Starting Point – The GEAR UP Programme
Starting with the GEAR UP programme allows you to get a deeper awareness of yourself. It identifies your personality preferences, explores your strengths and highlights your leadership impact.
This process uses a scientific assessment, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Once you complete the online questionnaire you will get a detailed report where you will learn about the impact that you can create using the areas of your personality that leave you feeling energized and empowered. You will also learn how to manage those situations where you are not able to operate from a position of strength.
The GEAR UP also allows you to benefit from the expertise of a certified MBTI User and Coach who will help you develop your action plan for moving forward.

Next Step – Coaching Programme
This stage in the breakthrough journey focuses on achieving the goals you set. This is where you work with a coach, take action, get feedback and make it happen until you get the results you identified.
The Came To Win programme is designed to help you achieve two goals that are important to you. One will be a three-month goal and the other will be a big audacious goal that is designed to stretch you and get you feeling excited and empowered to keep moving forward on your own after the coaching period. The programme runs for 6 months and includes eight (8) hour long coaching sessions.
For those not in a position to sign up for the full coaching Programme, we also offer the Came to Play programme. This programme allows you to work on achieving two goals and runs for 6 months. The major difference here will be the length of the coaching sessions. In this programme, there will be eight (8) sessions with your coach, however each one will only run for 30 minutes.
For those who want to up their game even further, we have the Big Score programme. In this programme, you will work on achieving two major goals, however, you will have more sessions with your coach. The programme will run for six (6) months and you will have 12 coaching sessions. As the premium form of our coaching programme it will also include assessment and coaching for Emotional Intelligence.
Retainer for Big Results
With this programme the emphasis is also on achieving the results you want. For those clients who want to have an ongoing relationship with a coach as they work to land a new job or get promoted to senior / executive management, this programme has been developed.
It will encompass all the tenets of the Breakthrough programmes however, there will also be scope for image management, leadership development, communication effectiveness and people management to be covered as part of the programme. The specific areas to be addressed will be identified during the GEAR UP phase.
If you choose this programme, you will be eligible to have up to four coaching sessions per month, for the duration of the time until your big, hairy, audacious goal is achieved.
Our emotional intelligence assessment is the EQi 2.0.
This assessment helps us to understand how well we manage our emotions and how that helps us to build better relationships. This assessment builds on the extensive work that has been done over the years by researchers in the field. It is proving to be an extremely useful tool in helping leaders and potential leaders to be better prepared to cope with the demands of their role. It is completed in an online format and provides information in five (5) areas; Self Perception, Self Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making and Stress Management.

What is the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
The MBTI is one of the world’s largest and most recognized behavioral assessments. With more than 60 years of testing for validity and reliability the MBTI helps individuals and groups to work more effectively, on their own or in groups. It provides the user with an awareness of their own preferences and a recognition of the differences between their own behavior and that of others. It is completed in an online format and gives information on how we are energized, how we take in information, how we make decisions and how we prefer to organize our lives.
